We are delighted to announce our Sleep Well-being workshop which will take place on Thursday 21st June to mark International Yoga Day. The event will take place in the tranquil surroundings of our Sentosa Studio.

The workshop begins with an introduction to Pranayama breathing and meditation designed to induce sleep and relaxation. These meditation techniques are then integrated with Astana postures creating a complete moving meditation sequence to enable the body’s natural relaxation response. Students will gain practical insights to create a healthy sleep cycle to reduce stress and enhance their mental and physical well-being.
