RESERVATIONS
We are delighted to accept your reservation by telephone or email. We advise you to make advance bookings to ensure your preferred time and date is available. Credit card details are taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

ARRIVAL
On arrival at reception, we ask you to switch off your mobile phones and pagers, and to change into a pair of slippers. All guests are required to complete a consultation form and to inform the receptionist of any medical conditions you may have. We invite you to enjoy the facilities before your treatment.

PREGNANCY
Please let us know if you are an expectant mother at the time of booking in order for us to advise you on our unique treatments for mothers-to-be. For your safety, we request you visit your Midwife or G.P to ensure it is safe for you to have a treatment during this time, please bring a letter confirming this with you on the day of your appointment. Without this letter Ushvani has the right to refuse to do the treatment.

NUT ALLERGY
We must advise our clients that Ushvani may from time to time serve nuts at their workshops and as part of the Asmara Suite Experience. Please report any allergy to reception when you make an appointment.

MALE AND FEMALE GUESTS
Ushvani invites our female guests to experience the spa facilities in a ladies-only area. The facilities are available for use only conjunction with a treatment booking. For our male clients we do offer a spacious treatment room in a separate area with its own rain shower and a daybed to relax further after the treatment or by reservation in the private Asmara Suite for couples.

ATTIRE
Swimwear is required in order to enjoy the spa facilities. Robes, towels, slippers and disposable undergarments are provided for your use.

MINIUMUM AGE
Ushvani welcomes all guests aged 16 or over.

CANCELLATIONS
Ushvani requires 24 hours notice for any cancellations. A full charge will be applied for cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Our reservations team will be pleased to advise you on an appropriate Gift voucher for spa packages, treatments or a monetary value. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

PAYMENT & GRATUITY
Ushvani accepts payment by credit card or cash. Should you wish to offer a gratuity, this may be given directly to your therapist or added to your bill at your sole discretion. Envelopes for gratuities are provided at reception.
