In January we will be offering you a series of workshops to strengthen the immune system, keep the muscles lean and toned, facilitate circulation throughout the whole body and most importantly reduce stress.
Through a dynamic asana practice, the cells rejuvenate, oxygen begins to flow freely throyugh the body and the immune system is better equipped to fight off those winter bugs. The workshops will also incorporate dynamic movements so a thorough workout is achieved for the whole system. The workshops will be open to all levels.
After completing the four week course of workshops you will have moved through the depths of winter with a renewed inner strength and greater immunity.
The Immunity Yoga workshop is £30 for one session or £110 for four sessions. Advance bookings only. The workshops will run from 17th January to 7th February 2017, 6:30pm-8:00pm.
Attendance of previous workshops is not essential nor is previous yoga experience as the workshop is open to all levels. Open to a maximum of 15 guests so advanced booking is essential.
