Hot Balance Vinyasa Yoga is a workshop inspired by Dynamic or Power Vinyasa Yoga methods. The workshop offers an energetic and intergrated combination of rigorous Vinyasa, Pranayama and contemporary yogic principles. The workshop will encourage you to take safe risks, practising at your personal edge with effort and grace, exceeding your own expectations.
Vinyasa cultivates internal heat, so combined with our heated Sentosa Studio, this will help purify the body releasing unwanted toxins. It stimulates blood flow, which allows organs and tissues to regenerate. Vinyasa also helps prevent injury by stretching and strengthening muscles over time.
The workshop is open to all fitness levels, as modifications are given for various poses to accomodate both beginners as well as the more advanced clients. Please note we do not recommend this workshop for pregnant clients.
