Ushvani is delighted to announce the addition of two Pilates classes to our well-being programme. Pilates is so beneficial because it focuses on building a balanced body. It promotes deep breathing and provides subtle adjustments to correct the alignment of the body, something that can be practiced each and everyday. Ushvani caters for mixed abilities and also has a class specifically for new mothers. All classes are led by a master practitioner, expert in their individual fields.

BEGINNERS MATWORK PILATES GROUP CLASS
This is a low impact non-aerobic exercise class, which is designed to teach you fundamentals of Pilates  technique. This is an ideal class for those who are new to the Pilates method or returning to exercise after an injuryor a long period of non-activity.

INTERMEDIATE MATWORK PILATES GROUP CLASS
This class is for those with a sound understanding of Pilates fundamentals and have practiced Pilates before. It is a challenging class and will build your Pilates experience, gradually introducing you to the advanced mat repatoire.

Indulge further with an Ushvani treatment after your session, the best way to relieve tension and relax muscles.
