Ushvani are delighted to announce the launch of our monthly Mindfulness and Meditation workshops with expert practitioner Emma.
Over recent years mindfulness has become an integral part of mainstream wellbeing. Studies have proven that regular meditation practise is highly effective in reducing stress and chemical imbalance in the body.
Discover Mindfulness is designed to provide guests with the specific tools and knowledge to implement stress reduction meditation techniques into their daily routine.
The workshop will take place in the tranquil surroundings of the Sentosa Studio and is scheduled as follows:
Introduction to Mindfulness 6.45 pm – 7.00 pm
Mindfulness in Daily Life 7.00 pm – 7.10 pm
Guided Mindfulness Sequence 7.10 pm – 7.35 pm
