This dynamic Workshop is led by our expert practitioner Kiki and designed to bring the core elements of Vinyasa philosophy into one seamless practise. Spring Renewal invites guests to explore the benefits of traditional Vinyasa Yoga combined with modern stress management techniques.
This highly effective workshop begins with an informative presentation regarding Cognitive and Physical renewal through Asana (posture) and Pranayama (breathing). Guests will receive detailed information regarding the benefits of consistent Yoga practise to restore the body at a cellular level. This workshop includes a Vinyasa posture and breathing sequence, with an emphasis on Renewal and Relaxation. The workshop is completed with a calming meditation sequence.
