IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID 19 VIRUS

Dear Valued Guest,

It is with great pleasure that we are now able to welcome you back to Ushvani. We have all been through an extremely challenging year and for those of you who have been personally affected by Covid-19 or who have lost loved ones, my deepest condolences and thoughts are with you.

Never has our health and mental wellbeing been at the forefront of our consciousness as it is today. Covid has reminded us all that these two elements, which are very often neglected as we live our lives in this very busy and stressful modern world, are extremely significant and we should play a greater role to nurture them in our day to day lives.

As we emerge from what will hopefully be our last lockdown, I encourage you to devote some time to self-care and to give yourself some valuable, guilt free, ‘me’ time – a necessity and not merely an indulgence in today’s climate.

My team and I have taken into consideration the stresses of the past year and concerns that most of us have (for example, boosting our immunity, improving mental health and aiding/enhancing sleep) and strived to address these issues by enhancing our treatments here at Ushvani.

We have also worked strenuously over the past few months to create a Covid secure environment for all who visit the Spa, for both guests and staff alike, going over and above our usual stringent protocols. When making a reservation, I kindly ask you to please read our new T&C’s carefully and to adhere to the new guidelines. As always, we are on hand to answer any questions you may have. These new measures include regular deep cleaning and sanitisation of the Spa, application of Zoono Z-71, a virucidal sanitiser on all surfaces (with particular attention paid to high contact areas), contactless sanitisers placed at strategic areas throughout the Spa, and contactless payment prior to each appointment. Each of our employees will undergo a Covid lateral flow test twice a week, and have their temperatures checked upon arrival each day. In addition to these measures, we are also in close and regular contact with our health and safety advisors, Mentor and relevant medical professionals.

Just for the time being (in accordance with current guidelines and to ensure we remain as Covid secure as possible), we will be offering a reduced treatment menu along with the wet facilities remaining closed and measures will be taken during treatments to ensure the safety of both guests and staff.

Your Ushvani spa experience will be a different one to what you have been used to in the past, but your health and wellbeing remains our utmost priority. We will do everything we can to ensure you still have a truly relaxing experience at ‘London’s best kept secret’ but I please ask for your patience and understanding whilst we all navigate through this ‘new normal’ together.
