Currently we only deliver within the UK.

UK mainland orders received by 12 noon, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for the next day delivery by DPD.

Please allow two additional days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas. Please note that some deliveries to Northern Ireland could be delayed by Irish Customs. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.

Unfortunately for select post codes in specific rural areas we may offer limited delivery op-tions. You will be notified of this at checkout.

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative ar-rangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery compa-ny will not be able to leave your order ‘hidden’ at the address.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis delivery as a result of incorrect data entry by the customer.

Delivery Address

To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery com-pany has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.

We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

To return your product you will need to request a Return Code and a Return Form from the spa.

Complete the Returns Form with your order details, package your product and completed form securely and post it to Ushvani, 1 Cadogan Gardens, London SW3 2RJ.

Please note that a full refund will not be provided for returned goods that show signs of unreasonable use. Products must be returned to us at the spa within 14 working days of delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation. We are happy to replace products so long as they are returned to us in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with all labels and leaflets attached and included. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed.

However you return your parcel, please retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the product in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned products lost in transit.

With the exception of faulty goods Ushvani is not responsible for the cost of returning prod-ucts. We always advise that you obtain a certificate of postage when returning an item.

If you have chosen a refund, we will process the calculated refund within thirty 28 days of receiving your returned products provided that you have returned the products to the spa in their original condition within 14 working days from delivery. You will receive email notifi-cation of your refund from Ushvani.

If you have requested an exchange or replacement when telephoning Ushvani, this will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned products and will be delivered via standard delivery.

Your cancellation rights

As you are a consumer and have made an order on-line you may, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, cancel your order and obtain a refund (or exchange) within 28 working days from delivery.

Unless the products are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you do so (in case you need to show you have returned the products, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel).

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

We will not provide a full refund if the products show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such products to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

Your right to return products does not apply to products (i) which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly or (ii) where sealed products have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.

Your rights if there is a problem with a product

In addition to the rights described above (and in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), if the products you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
