How do I check on an order I have placed?
You will get an email from our courier DPD, when they will deliver your products. Or you may contact Ushvani on 020 7730 2888 or email us at [email protected]. Please provide your order number when making enquiries.
Do you accept international orders?
We’re sorry Ushvani currently only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands). We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address. International deliveries are coming very soon.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
At Ushvani, we understand how important security is to you. When you order online with us, we use the PayPal portal. Ushvani do NOT store your payment details (these are processed solely by PayPal). Ushvani have installed security certificates throughout our website and use very strong encryption on our database. Any security measures implemented meet or exceed the industry standards.
Does anyone else see the information that I provide to Ushvani?
What is your return/exchange policy?
We hope you are delighted with your order. However if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your products, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 28 days of delivery. For more information please consult our Returns Procedure.
Why is my favourite product discontinued? What can I use now?
Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product or size are made in response to client preferences and purchasing patterns throughout the country. If your favourite product has been discontinued please visit the spa where one of our therapists will be happy to provide alternative recommendations.
Where can I buy Ushvani products?
Ushvani products are available at the spa, 1 Cadogan Gardens, London SW3 2RP and online at www.ushvani.com.
Can you mail out samples on request?
Ushvani do not produce samples, however, if you visit the spa, our therapists will be happy to demonstrate our products and advise you on the products that are right for you. The spa’s address is 1 Cadogan Gardens, London SW3 2RJ.
